Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I do not provide Active Physiotherapy Brampton with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, I will be charged 50% of the appointment fee to my account for the time lost. This charge is not covered by my Extended Health Care Benefits or Motor Vehicle Insurance. I understand, if I do arrive late, Active Physiotherapy Brampton will make every attempt to accommodate me without disrupting our schedule. We respect your time and we ask that you reciprocate. We pride ourselves in running on time, wherever possible. Please recognize that it is best to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your planned visit. I have read, been explained and I agree to Active Physiotherapy Brampton’s cancellation policy.
